TWO GOATS GARAGE AFFILIATE PLEDGE & STANDARDS

As a Two Goats Garage Affiliate, you aren’t just referring customers — you’re representing the Two Goats name, reputation, and community.

Our goal is simple: connect good people with trustworthy automotive service while creating an opportunity for our customers, Affiliate, and company to grow

together.

By participating as a Two Goats Garage Affiliate, I agree to uphold the following standards:

1. REPRESENT THE BRAND WITH RESPECT

I will represent Two Goats Garage professionally, respectfully, and honestly in my conversations, referrals, social media activity, and interactions within the community.

2. NEVER MISREPRESENT SERVICES

I will not diagnose vehicles, guarantee repairs, promise pricing, quote jobs, or make commitments on behalf of Two Goats Garage unless specifically authorized to do so.

My responsibility is to create the connection. The Two Goats Garage team will handle estimates, diagnostics, scheduling, repairs, pricing, and customer service.

3. BE HONEST — NEVER PRESSURE PEOPLE

I will recommend Two Goats Garage honestly and will not use misleading claims, manipulation, aggressive sales tactics, or false promises to generate referrals.

4. PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Any customer information shared with me will be treated respectfully and confidentially. I will never misuse, sell, distribute, or exploit customer information.

5. NO SPAM OR UNSOLICITED MASS MARKETING

I will build relationships, make genuine introductions, and create awareness of Two Goats Garage without spamming, harassing, or repeatedly pressuring potential customers.

6. PROPERLY IDENTIFY REFERRALS

I understand that referrals must be properly attributed to me in order to qualify for Affiliate rewards.

I will make sure the person I refer knows my name and identifies me as their referral source when contacting or booking with Two Goats Garage.

7. TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR NETWORK

The people I refer are an extension of the network I am building through Two Goats Garage.

I will make reasonable efforts to ensure my referrals know how to contact the company, understand the service process, and are properly connected with the Two Goats Garage

team.

8. DO NOT COLLECT MONEY ON BEHALF OF TWO GOATS GARAGE

Unless specifically authorized in writing, I will never collect customer payments, deposits, repair funds, or other money on behalf of Two Goats Garage.

All customer payments and financial transactions must go directly through approved Two Goats Garage payment methods.

9. AFFILIATE REWARDS MUST BE EARNED

Referral payouts, credits, discounts, exclusive pricing, and other Affiliate benefits are earned according to the current Two Goats Garage Affiliate Program rules.

Fraudulent referrals, duplicate referrals, self-referrals that violate program rules, falsified customer information, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in forfeited

rewards and removal from the program.

10. PROTECT THE TWO GOATS GARAGE REPUTATION

Being a Two Goats Garage Affiliate means being trusted to represent the company within the community.

Two Goats Garage reserves the right to suspend or remove Affiliate privileges when an Affiliate acts dishonestly, abuses the program, mistreats customers,

misrepresents the company, commits fraud, or otherwise acts in a manner that could reasonably damage the Two Goats Garage brand or community.

11. UNDERSTAND YOUR ROLE

Affiliates are independent participants in the Two Goats Garage Affiliate Program and are not automatically employees, technicians, agents, partners, franchisees, or

authorized representatives of Two Goats Garage.

Participation in the program does not give an Affiliate authority to enter into agreements, make guarantees, establish pricing, approve repairs, or otherwise bind Two Goats

Garage.

Customers receive access to a trusted automotive network.

Affiliate receive access to exclusive benefits and the opportunity to earn rewards for building their network.

Two Goats Garage receives introductions to new customers through people who already know and trust the brand.

The program works when all three parties benefit — and when every Affiliate protects the trust that makes that ecosystem possible.
